Commencement & Blessing Ceremony of Jeju Yihe Project of South Korea was Held Successfully

At 9:30 a.m. local time on August 18, the commencement & blessing ceremony of Jeju Yihe Project of South Korea was held successfully. He Jianliang, Chairman of Yihe Real Estate Group; He Jianfeng, Chairman Assistant and General Manager of Overseas Investment Department of Yihe Real Estate Group; Nan Xiyu, Chairman of Nam Rong Group; Wu Jianguo, General Manager of Overseas Business Division of China Construction Eighth Engineering Division Corp. Ltd.; Gao Jigui, Secretary of Overseas Business Division of the Company; and relevant responsible persons of Yihe Real Estate Group and Nam Rong Group took part in the activity.

The day before the ceremony, He Jianliang and his party of Yihe Real Estate Group, accompanied by Gao Jigui and Project Manager Zhao Xiaodong, visited the Project for an inspection to learn about the preliminary preparation for work commencement of the Project. He Jianliang said that the Project has changed a lot in only one and a half months, and he was very relieved and secure as the Group could cooperate with CSCEC which was the world’s largest construction company.

The ceremony is divided into two parts: commencement ceremony and blessing ceremony, which reflects the exchange and integration of Chinese and South Korean cultures. The blessing ceremony was held firstly during which He Jianliang, Nan Xiyu and Wu Jianguo jointly prayed for the Project. After the host read prayer, representatives from various sides, guests and Project personnel performed the blessing ritual in batches to express their best wishes for the Project; Then the commencement ceremony of the Project was conducted during which He Jianliang and Nan Xiyu delivered speeches on behalf of Yihe Real Estate Group and Nam Rong Group respectively, expressing their welcome to the guests and good expectations for the Project construction; Finally Wu Jianguo made a speech on behalf of CSCEC, giving a warm welcome to all guests and promising the owners that our company would continue to uphold the enterprise spirit of “integrity, innovation, transcendence and win-win” in South Korea in order to provide the society and owners with premium building products and the best quality services that are beyond expectations based on the perfect performance and by dint of outstanding quality! The leaders and representatives of all sides then jointly laid the foundation for the Project, marking the official commencement of Jeju Yihe Project of South Korea.

Jeju Yihe Project of South Korea is located at Seogwipo of Jeju Island, with the contract amount of RMB 8.14 billion (including taxes). Covering an area of about 3 million m2, equivalent to the size of 420 standard football fields, it is the biggest project in South Korea that China-invested enterprise undertakes to construct and will become the largest high-end comprehensive entertainment project in Jeju Island after completion. After 21 days’ application, the project was granted a permit for work commencement on August 16.
